So I end up having to type on my Folio touch with half of my screen covered with the virtual keyboard. Each time I try to type in something on my iPad using the keyboard, the virtual keyboard will pop up on the screen, and will continue popping up on the screen, despite the fact that I have tried to hide it each time using the "Hide Keyboard" function key. (2nd situation) All the function keys will be working BUT the keyboard will not be working properly. The entire keyboard and typing function in this case works fine. This includes every button of the function key row except for the volume up, volume down, and mute button. (1st situation) Most of the function keys will not be working. Which one of these situation occurs is random, but there will always be one of these situations that would be happening on my Folio touch.
In type mode there can be 2 separate situations that arise.

I cannot find any further documentation / manual on the Logitech website for the Folio touch.
I have downloaded the Logitech Control App, and have ensured that both my iPad Pro (1st gen) and the firmware for the Folio touch is updated to the latest version. I purchased the Logitech Folio touch from the Apple store, as it was not yet available for purchase on the Logitech site. There are a number of important technical issues with the Folio touch that I have encountered.
